Business Entity Licenses Expire Sept. 30
In addition to the mandatory application that must be completed every two years by agents to renew their individual insurance license, agencies with a business entity license (major lines) must also submit an application to renew their license by Sept. 30.

Don’t know if you have a business entity license? A business entity license is required for any business entity (corporations, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships, general partnerships) conducting the business of insurance in Ohio.
